These beliefs form the basis for achieving our goal of “Zero Harm”.  We recognize that all employees have a right to work in a healthy and safe work environment.  Our management team is committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone impacted by our work through the effective administration of our safety program and adherence to health and safety legislation.  Senior Management is ultimately responsible for worker health and safety.

Violence, Harassment & Discrimination

ANTAMEX Industries ULC (ANTAMEX) recognizes that every worker has a right to a workplace free from violence, harassment, or discrimination. ANTAMEX will not tolerate workplace violence, harassment, or discrimination on company premises, while an employee is conducting business at other locations, during work related travel, at any company sponsored event, or through use of telephone, e-mail, or other electronic media.  ANTAMEX will take whatever steps are appropriate to protect our employees from the potential risks associated with workplace violence and harassment


We are committed to:


  • Providing our employees with an appropriate level of protection from the risks associated with workplace violence, discrimination, harassment including sexual harassment;

  • Investigating reported incidents of violence, harassment, or discrimination in an objective  and timely manner; and

  • Taking appropriate action when instances of workplace violence, harassment, or discrimination have occurred.
