The Assembler produces products by assembling and sub-assembling the interior of a frame. To be successful as an Assembler you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble all interior parts of frame (head, transom over mullions, sills and back panels). Assemble frame according to the skidding and release.

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools and other equipment’s, i.e. screw guns, drill guns, caulking guns, electrical stud welder, air gun, weld pin machine, crane and hoists, etc.

  • Must be able to read engineering blueprints / drawings.

  • Must be able to read measuring tape (Metric and Imperial)

  • Must adhere to all Company quality procedures.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment.

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

  • Following production guidelines and specifications.

  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.

Job Requirements: KSA’s Needed

  • Familiar and able to use a variety of air tools

  • Able to workday.

  • Able to work overtime.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Punctuality.

  • Teamwork.

  • Respect for others.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Able to maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Ability to read a tape measure.


  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Location: Concord

  • Work Time: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.

  • Work Term: Full Time, Contract

  • Immediate Hire/ With 2 weeks notice

  • Salary: $20-$21/hr (based on experience)
